Most of our metal signs are powder coated for maximum durability that will last for decades!
When will I receive my items?
All of our products are made-to-order. This means your item will usually ship within 6-12 business days however we ask to allow 8-18 business days for your items to arrive to you.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Contact with us for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Please include a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement item to be sent out as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to our items being personalized and made-on-demand, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have problems with your order
